This page is dedicated to some of my favorite products and things for the kitchen. * Keep checking back because I will continue to add to this page as time permits and as I find new and exciting products that I can’t live without.
Update — Here’s a few new favorites of mine, that I know you will just love –
This spatula is AMAZING for flipping pancakes, eggs, and other light items, it’s easy to get under the items to flip and big enough to keep things from falling apart.
I have more than one set of these salt and pepper grinders, so I can have multiple kinds of salt and pepper.
This Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a great addition to your kitchen –
This Nutri Ninja will make your morning smoothie a breeze –
Try my Pineapple Kiwi Green Smoothie for a healthy start to your day.
And I just can’t forget this new favorite snack – Japanese Peanuts. If you have never tried them, and you like peanuts, this is a must! I had these at a resort in Mexico and they are so good (and addictive) that I had to find some to buy, and of course Amazon had them. They are peanuts, but with a crunchy coating and just a touch of spice, so they are just about the perfect kind of no-cook snack, give them a try—
Whole Spice – so many spices that I love. You can order online or if you are in Napa, visit their store. Here is a few of my recipes that use their spices.
Here is the spice rack that my husband made me so that I could display all of my spices and so they would be within easy reach while I am cooking. Most of these spices I bought from Whole Spice, but there are some that are from the grocery store because many of those can be very good quality too. Since I order many of the spices in larger quantity and they come to my door in bags, I was able to put them in these wonderful jars to complete the whole look.
Pampered Chef – I own a lot of Pampered Chef products. Click on this link to a friend of mine’s Pampered Chef page, if you need any of their products. Here are a few of my favorite products used in my recipes:
From Olives and Grapes – olive oils and balsamic vinegars that are superb! I visit their store in Cocoa Village, FL any time I can, it is an experience that you won’t soon forget. You can taste all the oils and vinegars and they will give you ideas on how to use them. You can also order these great oils and vinegars online. I got a little crafty and made the wooden box in this picture, it holds 8 oils and vinegars, but that’s not all I have. I use these almost exclusively as my salad dressing, but there are SO many more uses, here are some of the recipes I have developed using either the oils or the vinegars:
- Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes
- Sweet and Tangy Lemon Chicken
- Apple Cranberry Salad
- Dutch Babies with Balsamic Berries
- Balsamic Berry Kale Salad
Culina Measuring Cups – these are my all time favorite measuring cups. They are heavy duty and the measurement is engraved so it’s not going to come off over time. I purchased mine on Amazon. Click the Amazon link below if you are in the market for a good set of measuring cups
Calphalon is a great line of cookware, I own many of the pieces. Here are a few of my favorites, You will see these pans in many of my recipes.
I really do like my pressure cooker, it is a great addition to the kitchen. If you haven’t tried a newer version of the electric pressure cookers you really need to, you won’t know what you did without it. These 2 below are both great!
Rachael Ray Set of 4 10-ounce ramekins is a super great dish for individual servings. You can personalize dishes or just make things look a little more fancy with these individual dishes. You will see these in several of my recipes. They come in several different colors.
